Microsoft Office 365 Available as Add-On for EAS and EA Customers 

The Office 365 add-on sales model is now an ongoing purchasing option allowing any EA customer to leverage their existing CAL Suite and Office Professional Plus licenses as a starting point to get great pricing on Office 365. With this add-on, your underlying EA does not change and you continue to license your users and devices like you always have, and receive all corresponding SA benefits.

Beginning January 1, 2014, Microsoft EAS customers who subscribe to qualifying CAL licenses will also be eligible to add-on a number of different Office 365 services. Qualifying EAS customers can add-on all SKUs currently offered to EA customers including E1, E3, and E4, among many other standalone suite options.​

Multi-Factor Authentication Now Available for Office 365

Windows Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a hosted service with a range of exciting capabilities which can be used to secure access to both cloud (Office 365) and on-premise resources. In addition to standard authentication through a user’s account credentials, customers can now add an extra layer of security by authenticating their users via a mobile app or by responding to an automated text message or phone call before access is granted.
